Bring a masterpiece home with you, and own a work of art by Pablo Picasso, the greatest and most influential artist of the 20th century. An artistic genius who demonstrated extraordinary talent throughout his life, Picasso was passionately creative in every genre of art and was also responsible for significant developments in painting, sculpture, printmaking and ceramics. To date, there are few artists who compare to Picasso’s sheer versatility and creative vision.

Growing up in Spain, Matadors were a significant part of Picasso’s childhood and remained inextricably linked to emotions and passion throughout his life. In his paintings, Matadors consistently represented adventure, heroism and passion and were repeatedly expressed as dominant characters filled with bravado and passion. This sense of drama and excitable spirit continued to inspire Picasso, both in his personal life and through his art.

As a form of textile art, the Jules Pansu company is the only weaver allowed to create a collection from the paintings of Pablo Picasso with approval from the Picasso Administration. All works are reproduced without modification, in strict compliance with the original colors and in full, perfectly faithful to Picasso's paintings with the agreement of the Picasso Estate.
