All our regular orders are dispatched within 48 business hours. If there is a delay, we will let you know instantly. Shipments are arranged via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or UPS from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

Banbayu cannot accept any responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. Only Next day delivery can be tracked at every stage. For further information regarding this please contact our Customer Care Team

Fireplaces and furniture cannot be delivered next day. Fireplaces and paintings are delivered within 12-14 days and custom furniture within 12-18 weeks.
