We offer 14 days worry-free returns on all our products, except paintings. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, simply get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we will assist you.

If it is related to a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damaged product for insurance purposes. Rest assured, we will assist you to resolve the situation and do our very best to turn things around.


PAINTINGS ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

All our paintings are originals and only exist once each in the world. Therefore they are excluded from returns. In the unlikely event a painting arrives damaged, please get in contact with us and we will ensure to resolve the situation. Customer satisfaction is the utmost important to us. So far, 100% of paintings which were dispatched, have been delivered in immaculate condition. A special, extra strong packaging is used for the transport of all our paintings.
